Hello all!! (haha that sounded so weird in my head) So today I decided that I'm going to do a 30 day vegetarian challenge. Yes, you heard that right, I will not be eating meat for 30 days....so scary!!! But I want to do it because I'm working on losing weight and I think it will be a healthy way to go about it. I was going back and forth about if I should post this in just my weight loss blog or if I should put it in my "everything" blog as well and I decided to go with both because as much as it does have to do with weight loss I did say that this blog would have a tad bit of cooking talk as well so I figured I could post about my new recipes that I try :) I'm really excited for this because not only is it going to be a challenge but I get to experiment in the kitchen and that will be fun! So anyways I just wanted to share that with ya'll and tell you that you should try it as well. Have a good rest of the week ladies!
